Daily serving: Adults – 3 to 6 capsules per day.
Take capsules first thing in the morning or split into 2 doses, in the morning and later in the day. Take 6 capsules per day if using Immu-Stay by itself. Take 3 capsules per day if combining with a full dose of the Total Balance complete nutrient system.
