Daily serving: Adult women - 4 tablets per day.

Take 4 tablets first thing in the morning or split into 2 doses, in the morning and later in the day. Take with or without food.

What is the difference between Total Balance Women’s and Total Balance Women’s Premium?

It is a ‘scaled down' version of the Premium product. The difference is that the Standard version does not have either the same quantity or number of the specialty healthy aging nutrients. However, it is still a quantum leap above a normal multi-vitamin/mineral supplement and still gives real benefits not available in any other supplement at similar pricing.

What is the function of the enteric coating on the Total Balance tablets?

The enteric coating on the Total Balance tablets protects some of the sensitive ingredients, such as SAMe, from being destroyed by the stomach acid. The enteric coating ensures the tablets do not begin dissolving until they enter the small intestine, where the best possible absorption can occur.

Can I take Total Balance Women’s if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

No, we do not recommend this. The only product we recommend during this time is our Omega 3/DHA fish oil, which has valuable properties to support both the health of the mother and baby.

Fish oil is highly recommended by many medical professionals during pregnancy and breastfeeding to help support infant brain development, as well as systemic organ growth. It can also play a valuable role in supporting the post-natal mood and brain function of the mother. As the baby draws from the mother's precious stores of DHA, they can easily become depleted, therefore supporting levels with a supplement such as Omega 3/DHA fish oil is very wise.

Will this supplement interfere with prescription medications?

All supplements should be taken 2-3 hours away from prescription medication. We recommend checking with your doctor before beginning any supplement.

Can I take other Xtendlife supplements alongside Total Balance?

Yes, you can. All our products are formulated to work synergistically with each other.

Who should not take Total Balance Women’s?

Individuals who have, or have previously had, breast, uterine/womb, cervical, or ovarian cancer should consult with their healthcare practitioner before taking this supplement. Total Balance Unisex is an alternative option, but please consult with your health practitioner.
